Buckingham Palace in London, England. Blog post about attending king Charles III coronation in may and the outfit I will wear which I have created and designed

Coronation Creation

As many of us know the coronation of King Charles III is only in a matter of a couple of months to go. The weekend of the coronation I plan on attending the celebrations down in London. I am taking this as an opportunity to advertise and promote my business. I aim to hand out leaflets which I have designed and see what reaction I can get from people and build a connection with so many who may show an interest in become a customer on my online store. Wether their placing a one time order or become a regular customer, this will still be a positive experience. You may also say this could be classed as a social experiment of kinds, seeing how much support is given towards a small LGBTQ business and what the future could hold for such a business. I try and aim to document my journey through the weekend and seeing what events are in store for me, hoping all good.

I aim to grab every opportunity that comes my way during the weekend of the coronation of King Charles III. This will be interacting with people down there and handing out my leaflets and seeing what peoples reactions are to my products that I have created. You may call this a social experiment as I can document what people make of my business and see what the future hold for a LGBTQ business like mine.

I also aim to use social media for every chance I get to showcase the weekend and create different pieces of content for the coronation weekend. This could include ideas such as, how I am attending the coronation, travelling from Leeds to London. Other pieces of content could including sightseeing, finding the perfect spot to maybe catch a glimpse of the royals and get ready videos of the coronation day, which I can showcase what outfit I am wearing.

To make a statement, I am planning on designing my own clothing pieces to wear on for the coronation. There has been a few ideas in my head which I've been playing around with but haven't fully committed to one design yet. I am choosing pastel colours to represent spring and using the renaissance theme for a bold statement upon my outfit.

The aim is to be bold and create something special and unique for a spectacular event, which many of us have not yet witnessed within our lives yet.
